There is no need for emails or messages, or waiting for calls, you can place your entire order online with us.  However, we're always happy to speak to you and we'll answer messages and emails quickly if you need any help, support or have any questions about our products and services.

We charge a 20% booking deposit.  That's all you pay when you place your order!  The remaining balance can be paid monthy, quarterly, by ad-hoc payments you want to make, or you can wait until 4 weeks prior to the wedding.  We're super-helpful on payment options and can set up automatic monthly payments for you (even if your wedding is 3 years away!).

We can do that for you too (on products ordered from us).  Take a look at our Wedding Decor Set Up page.  It is as simple as clicking on the wedding set-up option when you get to the check out page!

Yes, we charge a 10% damage deposit (based on the total order value excluding delivery) but you won't be asked for this until the week prior to your wedding.  It is fully refundable and, if there is no damage or missing items, we refund it with 48 hours of collecting the items.

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £199 (excluding delivery).
