Liberty & Grace hire payment options to suit your preference

Monthly, Quarterly, Your Way

In a nutshell, when you place an order to hire products, the payment options you have are as follows:

Booking Deposit

You pay a 20% deposit at the point of ordering.  That is fixed and can't be changed.

Monthly

When you're checking out, you can opt to Pay Monthly. 

You pay the deposit, then we contact you and spread payments from 1 month after the date you've booked to 1 month prior to the date of your wedding. 

It doesn't matter how far ahead your wedding is!

Pay Quarterly

If you prefer to set up a payment once every 3 months, we can do that too. 

After you've paid the deposit, we contact you to arrange the quarterly payment.

Pay Your Way!

If you don't want to set up monthly or quarterly payments, that's no problem!  All you need to remember is that the full balance of all orders is due no later than 1 month prior to your wedding day. 

If you place an order and then get to within to 8 weeks of your wedding with no further payments made, we'll send you the final invoice.  That invoice is due within 30 days (i.e. 4 weeks prior to the wedding day). 

However, if you want to make ad-hoc payments between now and then, you can.  You simply contact us and tell us how much you want to pay off the balance.  We then email you an invoice for the amount you want to pay, you click a link in it and pay online!

Delivery Charge & Minimum Order Value

This is easy.  We DO NOT CHARGE for delivery or collection of items you hire from us!

If your wedding venue is within the Northeast regions we offer delivery to, you don't pay a penny!

We have a MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £199.  Please do not place an order below this value as we will have no choice but to refund it and refuse your order.

Damage Deposit

The week before your wedding, we'll send you an invoice for the damage deposit.  

This will be 10% of your total order value excluding delivery charge and is entirely refundable.

We refund the full amount to your card within 48 hours of collecting the hired items if there is no damaged or missing items.
