How does it work and what do you pay?

1. Firstly, select your hire dates using the date tool near the top of the page.  Please use the DAY BEFORE your wedding as the start date, and the DAY AFTER your wedding as the end date.  All the prices you see on the website are based on 2 days hire to allow for bringing them the day before your wedding and coming back to collect them the day after it.

2. If you can only receive the items on the day of your wedding, select the wedding date as your start date.  The website will still show the same hire price.  Please note we do not deliver items before 10 AM.

3.  You can't select a hire date that is fewer than 30 days from today.  If you want to hire products within the next 30 days, please contact us.

Choosing products

4.  Once you've set your dates, browse our fabulous products and packages, adding what you want to your Cart. 

5.  A full list of postcode areas we deliver to can be found here.   There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE AND NO COLLECTION CHARGE for hired items!  We deliver and collect the hired items free of charge! 

6. If you want us to Set Up all of your hired items for you, tick the Set Up Decor box.  Click this link to read about our Wedding Decor Set Up Service.

Payment options

7.  When you check out (you'll be asked if you want to create an account so you can check your order in future, but you can check out as a guest if you prefer), you'll only be required to pay the deposit to place your order.  This is currently 20% of your total order value excluding delivery charges.

8.  On the bottom right-hand side of the Check Out page, there is a drop-down box for you to choose how you want to pay the balance.  You can choose between monthly payments (between now and 1 month rior to your wedding), quarterly payments (a payment every 3 months) or paying the balance in full no later than 1 month before your wedding day.

9.  If you choose to pay monthly or quarterly, we'll contact you and set this up for you.  It's very easy and the you'll be given the dates that payments will be taken on.

10.  Alternatively, you simply click the last option and ensure you've settled the balance in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding.  You can make payments off the balance at any time by contacting  us.  

Venue

We usually deliver and collect to/from your wedding venue. 

Once you've selected your payment preference in Check Out, please complete the venue name and address fields (they're below the payment options box).

It's also handy if you give us a contact name and telephone number for a person at your venue that we'll contact about delivery (but you can do this another time if you prefer).

If you want the items delivered to a location that isn't the venue, put the details in the venue fields and then please place a message in the "Any special requests/comments" box.  

We always contact you directly to confirm item delivery and collection.
